Before beginning the masters program, Monique's background was composed mostly of experience in K-12 Education. While she wishes to continue learning and growing in the field of education, Monique will be available for contracting jobs in the field of IDT, or completing school and education related projects. As a result of completing an IDT masters, Monique has learned to operate many different softwares (Camtasia, Storyline, Powtoon) , works well in a collaborative team, and see projects through from the idea creation to the publishing.

Monique will be continuing her professional journey in the classroom working with learners moving forward. Monique is also eager to take on projects related to education, or providing instructional design consulting for small businesses. Monique has a high sense of responsibility, work ethic, self-discipline and time management, that will allow her to communicate and efficiently work to aid in contracting jobs to develop the required and desired projects.

Monique will be available to consult and work on projects in the Cayman Islands but is also open to working remotely with people from other countries.
